Day Trip West Hollywood reviews
Waaaay to much instrumental
In his time, Doug Gray was amazing. The other guys are fantastic. They play too many instrumentals to compensate for his weak vocals. Day Trip is a band I've enjoyed for years, but the excessive music made me want to leave with a headache. However, I stayed until they played "Can't you See," their last song. This was both my first and last time seeing them. The show left me disappointed, despite the band's obvious talent. They seem to overcompensate for Doug's shortcomings. It was a mixed experience.
